Vice City is the principal city of Grand Theft Auto VI and the modern-day reimagining of the series' Miami analogue, last visited in Vice City Stories (2006). Confirmed from the very first trailer — beaches, Ocean Drive-style art-deco strips, muscle-beach culture, high-rises and swamp-adjacent sprawl — it anchors the game's story: Boobie Ike's business empire, Dre'Quan Priest's Only Raw Records and much of the official footage are rooted here. Rockstar's material frames it through the lens of social-media-era Florida excess rather than the '80s pastel of the 2002 game.
