Jason Duval is the second playable protagonist of Grand Theft Auto VI. Per Rockstar's official biography, Jason grew up around grifters and crooks, did a stint in the Army looking for structure, and washed up in the Leonida Keys working for local drug runners — including veteran smuggler Brian Heder, on whose property he lives. Official material positions him as wanting an easy life until Lucia Caminos enters it; the pair anchor the game's Bonnie-and-Clyde-flavored story. He first appeared unnamed in Trailer 1's robbery footage and was formally named and profiled in the May 2025 site update and Trailer 2.
